Don't Lose Your Nursing Job Because You Lost Your Temper

Nurses are in big demand and employment agencies are looking for well qualified, reliable, well mannered nurses to fill job vacancies.  Your employment history will speak for itself when a recruiter or potential employer looks at your resume.

Employers not only look at your employment history, they also look at your employment references.  If you don't have good references, an employer will overlook you.  As a nurse, it's essential to have good ethical work practices, and it's essential that you get along with people.  In fact, it's top priority that you not only get along with patients, but also with the people in your life.

Being able to keep your temper when working with patients, along with having the skills to do your job properly, will get you an excellent salary.  If you possess excellent skills but have a problem with your temper, you're going to have a hard time finding a job.

If you are unable to manage your temper while off the clock, employers will wonder how you manage your temper while working with their patients?  Don't lose your nursing job and reputation because you lost your temper.
